How to be “Free and Laughing”
“Marguerite, tell me: how can I be free and laughing?” I am often asked. On this page I share little exercises that you can do to BE free and laughing – do them throughout the day and you will notice a difference.
Open to a new experience today. Try something new and unusual for you. Try a new dish, a new menu, a new restaurant, a new type of coffee or tea. Go somewhere you have never been – a museum, a different church, a play – try a new experience. And while you are in the experience, be present – don’t compare the experience to what you are familiar with. Just observe what you are experiencing at that moment.
