More on discomfort

Discomfort is good. We don’t like it, but it’s an emotion that tells us that some type of new thinking or experience is taking place in our life. It signals that we are getting out of our “known zone” i.e. the place where we know, and know that we know. If we are are to learn, grow and leave this plane on a higher level of consciousness than where we entered, we must get out of our known zone – regularly and consistently. Getting comfortable with being/feeling uncomfortable is a challenge – but necessary. It is always good to simply observe and ask ourselves – what’s making me uncomfortable – for that’s our lesson waiting to be learned.
