Cure for cancer?

Cure for cancer?

Here’s an interesting article on curing cancer.  I have always been fascinated by those in the medical profession who dismiss the importance of nutrition in preventing/curing dis-ease.  It seems counterintuitive to believe that we take stuff into our bodies throughout everyday, but that this “stuff” has no impact on our health and wellbeing!  Yet, in the world of computers, we know that “garbage in: garbage out”.  So it must be with our bodies!  The quality and the quantity of the food we imbibe must have an impact on the vitality of our bodies!  It just makes sense.

But let’s go further – what about our thoughts?  Surely, the quality of our thoughts must have an impact on our physical bodies?   “Mind over matter” we acknowledge when we triumph over a physical ailment.  “Mind over matter”: we take in toxic thoughts and ideas and we will ultimately live a toxic life which will be reflected in our physical, mental and emotional experiences!  For our thoughts create our reality.  So, while I personally agree with the above article which suggests that the cure to cancer lies in a good diet, exercise, sleep and fresh air – I would add first and foremost positive, affirming thoughts about oneself and the world.

Oh – and one other thing – don’t forget to LAUGH!  For, it is said: laughter is the best medicine!  ho ho ha ha ha
